I'm Dr. Marie Carandang, and I'm also a dentist. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to my friend, Dr Arnold T. Sicat and his staff. I felt that unlike the other denstist that i knew, he did not focus on the most expensive treatment and explained the long term consequences of each treatment until we agreed on a treatment that was best for me. It is obvious that he takes great pride in his work. Dr. Arnold T. Sicat will do what you want and not what he thinks will look best. I was completely in control of my look and am absolutely delighted with the results.

Ako po si Evaline Domingo, nakatira sa Brgy. Banaba, Dap-Dap Bamban, Tarlac. Mayroon po akong anak na 2 babae. Isa na po akong biyuda ngayon. Naaksidente po and aking asawa.

Isa po ako sa natulungan ni Doktor Sicat, katulong po niya and kanyang mga Secretarya at and kanyang asawa. Kasama rin po si Doktor Politan. Ang mga magagaling na doktor na nagopera sakin. Nagsimula po ito nung mabuntis ako, year 2004. nung mamatay po ang asawa ko year 2005, sinubukan ko pong magtrabaho pero dahil po sa nangyari sa mukha ko, hindi po ako natatanggap. Hindi po ako nakapagtrabaho. Tapos nung operahan po ako ni Doktor Sicat at Doktor Politan, October 2007, nung gumaling na po ang sugat ko, sinubukan kong magtrabaho ulit. Kaagad po akong natanggap, ngayon po may trabaho na ako. Dahil sa malaking pagbabago sa aking mukha, bumalik na ang dati kong itsura. At dahil na rin sa malaking tulong at suporta sa aking ng aking magaling at mabait na doktor na si Doktor Sicat. Buong puso po ako nagpapasalamat at malaking-malaking utang na loob ko po sa inyo ang pagtulong ninyo sa akin. Maraming-maraming salamat po Dok.

Ruth C. Palua Porac Model Community High School Pio, Porac, Pampanga I am a public high school teacher in Porac, Pampanga. In 2004, I had a problem with my right jaw. My former dentist advised me to look for a TMJ specialist, but to no avail, I didn’t follow her advice, instead I moved on with my daily routine and activities. Until in 2006, I noticed that from my right jaw down to my neck, right arm and my back, I felt recurrent pain, even if just got up from bed. All I want to do is to lie down in bed, but still I didn’t feel any satisfaction. When I was in the mall with my friends, after 30 minutes of walking with them, I will excuse myself and just sit down in one of the chairs in the foodcourt or even go to a facial center nearby just for me to lie down. I also noticed my lower jaw moved inward. The problem persisted until I came across this ad about the problems I was encountering, so I visited the dentist mentioned in the ad, who specializes in TMJ problems, I visited Dr. Arnold Sicat’s clinic and he informed me and made clear to me about TMJ problems. He explained to me every details about TMJ problem, its causes and effects. He also gave me the overview of the process which I have to undergo. So in 2006, I decided to undergo the process, and true enough, the pain disappeared after I wore the splint he made for me. I can now enjoy walking in the mall with my friends all day, working long period of hours without the back pain. I am so much satisfied with the TMJ treatment I had from the Sicat clinic. Another plus factor is the warm and friendly gesture of the staff in the clinic.
